VIII) Withered SoulMost of people will think / tell you this is a worthless ability. Its damage is bad and disrupts "are not that common". I beg to differ here. Disrupts chance at higher levels are really high. I myself have over 10% at rank 38, without even trying. In a month or two, there will be a great deal of rank 40 people with ~30% disrupt chance. Add the fact that they can get it even higher with abilities like Hold the line!, and you begin to understand how useful this is on assist targets.
